The AMCI NEXUS NX3A1_ uses a single resolver transducer
as the machine position sensor. Outputs are used to
control packaging functions such as
part eject, material feed, and glue gun control. This
unit integrates high-speed programmable limit switch
functions with a direct network interface.
The need for precise, repeatable output control requires
a Programmable Limit Switch controller to operate independently
yet communicate data and status to the main system controller.
In response we introduced the NEXUS resolver programmable
limit switch for packaging applications.
