AMCI Model: NEXUS #NX3B2_-17

The NX3B2_-17 PRESSPro unit is a 2 channel non-servo positioning controller. Each channel has four solid state relay outputs for motor speed and direction control. This Nexus Position Controller is used for shut height calibration and stacker/destacker adjustment.

The forces involved in the stamping press control process are capable of damaging die heads upon impact if they are not properly aligned. The Nexus NX3B2_-17 enables operators to adjust the shut-height so that the part being made is properly formed. Machine wear and tear is minimized while maximum output is achieved. Like all of our Nexus products, the PRESSPro Position Controller is designed to operate independently yet communicate data and status to the main system controller through a direct network interface.
