DESCRIPTION |
|
AMCI's stainless steel H25 series resolver transducer
is a size 25 package with a flange mount and end connector
design, simplifying new installations or transducer replacements.
This IP67 rated transducer is made from 304 stainless steel
and withstands operating temperatures up to 150°C (302°F).
The corrosion resistant construction of AMCI's stainless
steel H25 resolver transducer, along with its extreme temperature
rating allow it to be used in environments where most sensors
will not survive. High performance applications like those
found in paper factories, steel mills, and mining operations
are the inspiration for this extreme-duty rotary sensor. Plus
the unit's stainless steel construction make it perfect for
food grade installations.
The rotor of the stainless steel H25 brushless resolver
is built on the input shaft, minimizing component count &
maximizing reliability. In other words, the rotor & stator
assembly are integrated into the unit's design eliminating
the use of separate internal resolvers and couplings to the
external shaft. The net result is a "bullet-proof"
resolver transducer with unmatched durability.
AMCI's stainless steel H25 is available with 3/8", 10mm(-10
option), or 1/4"(-03 option) shaft, mil-spec connector,
and flange mount.
AMCI offers a complete line of resolver
interface solutions, enabling you to easily configure
a resolver-based position feedback system in your favorite
PLC, PAC, or network.
