EasyPack GENESIS Programmable Limit

The Genesis EasyPack PLS uses a single-turn resolver transducer
for position feedback and has all of the functionality normally
found in PLS systems and adhesive pattern controls. Included
in these functions are either eight or sixteen programmable
limit switch outputs that are based on the transducer's position,
programmed setpoints, and speed compensation advances.
Additional features also include Multiple Programs, Timed
Outputs, and the ability to combine the outputs into groups
that are conditioned by an input to perform specific packaging
functions such as gluing, cartoning, or part rejection. The
GN3A1-02C-10 additionally has Pulsed Outputs and a Shift Register
input for high-speed vision system inspection & rejection
applications.
