Job Description: Applications Engineer

Advanced Micro Controls Inc. (AMCI) has an opportunity for an entry level applications engineer to join our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Gather information from customers regarding their project and recommend products to match.
• Assist engineering with development of new products by interfacing with clients on new application development
• Create presentation and product demos to educate for pre-sale and support post-sale activities
• Train sales team on new products and support sales process
• Some Travel Required

Qualifications:

• BSEE or BSME preferred
• 0-3 years of experience with industrial controls
• PLC programming and motion control background a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• An aptitude for troubleshooting to respond to a variety of customer service issues
• Working knowledge of MS Office
