AMCI Cables

DESCRIPTION

AMCI provides a line of pre-assembled and tested cables to easily connect our controllers to our resolver based transducers and DuraCoders.

These cables, which can be ordered in any five foot increments, come with the transducer’s connector soldered onto the cable. The other end of the cable has tinned pig-tailed wires that can easily be pulled through a conduit and attached to your controller’s terminal block connector.

All AMCI transducer cables are made from a Belden® brand or equivalent cables with noise resistant individually shielded twisted pairs.

This cable is used with single resolver transducers and replaces the following cables: C1T-(X) | C2T-(X) | C3T-(X) | C4T-(X) | CT-(X) | C1TP – (X) | C1TG – (X)

Use the following part numbers to order the CTL-(X) with 90 degree or watertight connectors.

90 degree: CTL-(X)/MS18
Watertight: CTL-(X)/MS161

CTL-(x)/MS25 Download PDF drawing
A CTL-(X) cable with a MS-25 connector in place of the MS-16 connector. This cable is used with single resolver HT-400 and HT-400-X transducers that have a connector.

This cable is used with dual resolver transducers and replaces the following cables: CTT-(X) | C2TT-(X)

Use the following part numbers to order the CML-(X) with 90 degree or watertight connectors.

CML-(X)/MS19 Download PDF drawing
A CML-(X) cable with a MS-19 connector in place of the MS-20 connector. This cable is used with all HTT-400 dual resolver, multi-turn transducers that have a connector.

This cable is only used with the HTT-20-1 redundant resolver transducer.

This cable is only used with the IP67 R11 resolvers.

CR-(X), CRP-(X), and CRPC-(X) Ribbon Cables

Ribbon Cable	Connections
CR-(X)	Used to connect the IM break out box or RB-1 and MRB-1 relay boards to IPLC and IPCE stand alone units.
CRP-(X)	Used to connect RB-7, RB-8, or RB-9 relay boards to 8500, 8200, Nexus, and Genesis PLS controllers. Available in 2, 6, or 12 foot lengths.
CRPC-(X)	Used to connect 1000 series resolver modules to the IMPC break out box.
